Please be sure to read our cancellation policy before booking.
Please note: If there is a party ending immediately before yours, there may be up to 15 minutes needed to clean the space. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in keeping our facilities sanitized.
Any private events that are to be scheduled on Friday and Saturday will be limited to the following times:
Friday : 11 AM - 2 PM
Saturday: 11 AM - 2 PM
We now allow the booking of "clusters" outside of these hours on weekdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. This reservation allows you to book either 1 cluster of 4 PCs, or 2 clusters of 8 PCs*, as well as a table per cluster in the dining space.
*Disclaimer: Clusters can only be booked and accommodate a maximum of 8 PCs. If you'd like to book for more people, please book the whole space.
Outside food is not permitted (with the exception of store-bought cakes/desserts/drinks). If you would like food, please use the Omar's Bistro menu. We kindly request that food be served in the last 30 minutes of your event.
Cancellation Policy
For events that are 4 hours and less:
- If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, you will be charged $50.
- If you cancel within 3 days of the event, you will be charged in full.
For events that are all day:
- If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, you will be charged $200.
- If you cancel within 3 days, you will be charged in full.
For clusters: you will be charged $45 for cancellations.
